Withdrawing

What Has to Be True Before a Payout Clears
1. Names match exactly
The name on your PK365 account must match the name registered to the JazzCash or Easypaisa wallet. Withdrawing to a relative's wallet fails this check, and fixing a mismatch after the fact takes days.
2. Account verification complete
Deposits generally work without it and withdrawals do not, which is why people discover the requirement at the worst possible moment. Complete it when you register.
3. Bonus turnover cleared

4. Amount at or above the minimum

If a Withdrawal Is Delayed
- Open your withdrawal history and read the status. Processing and held mean different things.
- Check the four conditions above. In the great majority of cases one of them is the answer.
- Allow up to 24 hours before escalating. Manual review is normal on a first withdrawal or an unusually large one.
- After 24 hours, open in-app live chat from the Message Centre with the reference ID, the amount, the timestamp and the destination account.
- Keep the conversation inside the app. Support hours are listed as 00:00–23:59, so there is no reason to take it elsewhere.
Nobody legitimate ever asks you to pay a fee to release a withdrawal. A demand to deposit more before your money can be released is a scam pattern in every variation — by chat, by call, by message. Genuine holds are resolved with verification, never with a payment.
Payment Scams to Recognise
- “Pay a release fee.” Always a scam. There is no circumstance in which a platform needs money from you to send you money.
- Someone asking for your JazzCash or Easypaisa PIN. PK365 never needs it. Deposits happen inside your own wallet app, where only you authorise them.
- A “support agent” who contacted you first on WhatsApp or Facebook. Real support responds inside the app's Message Centre; it does not initiate.
